Looking for support during pre-conception, pregnancy, and early parenting can sometimes be challenging to navigate.  For some, working with a midwife is a lovely place to start, or finding a community of people who are experiencing similar life transitions.  There isn't one pre-determined "right way" to move through fertility, pregnancy, birth, and early parenting.  From Childbirth Education, Prenatal Groups, to Parent-Baby Groups:  Finding your options for support will be key to determining what tools and resources work for you.
