Hypnobirthing is form of childbirth education that focuses on your mind and body as you prepare for your birth. Hypnobirthing pairs evidence based birth education, guided exercises to process fears and anxieties, and carefully curated relaxation and mindfulness tools. Hypnobirthing helps birthing people feel strong, prepared, and centered for their birth.
The early autumn online Hypnobirthing course is coming up soon, and it’s not too late to schedule a free consultation about it. I’ve always taught this course on Skype so you can focus on doing the preparation for your birth in your most comfortable setting.
Hypnobirthing encourages mindful pregnancy practices, a more relaxed birth experience, and often a shorter labor. The group Hypnobirthing course includes six classes focusing on guided Hypnobirthing exercises, childbirth education, meditation, guided meditation for self-hypnosis, visualization, and comfort measures. All classes follow the individual needs of the families supported and focus on moving through the changes that pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum bring.
